Xbox Online Gaming

Hi

i reside in cape town south africa and i finally want to delve in abit of online gaming, but i am totally clueless how to set this up.

i am already connected to xbox live and have already been downloading updates for a few games and also bought a game using points i purchased off takealot.

but i am now eager to play Gears of War Judgement online. i know i need to get a xbox gold membership but thats about it.

what is this about creating an account for UK? how do i get to play online ?
